The mind is everything; what you think you become
What is Buddhism? Join our community in the Buddha Circle as we meet on the fourth Saturday, of each month except November and December at 9:30 – 11:00 AM in Clubhouse 4 featuring Ven. Kusala Bhikshu an American born Bhikshu (monk) ordained in the Zen Tradition to find out.
He presents Buddhism in a simple way of understanding. We will explore how to suffer less and become happier, finding a moment of bliss and become mindful. He has a way of making Buddhism reachable. This is an interactive group so if you have questions please bring then as the group digs deeper into become the better person on your journey in life.
All welcome as we go beyond understanding and learn to develop the muscle of the mind through meditation.
Join our circle the fourth Saturday of each month here in Clubhouse 4 at 9:30 to 11 AM for an interactive morning of discovering Buddhism ending with a short meditation. The recreation department has agreed to add 20 comfortable blue chairs to the Buddha Circle floor plan for those who have trouble sitting in the folding chairs during meditation.
