The Purchasing Department has
the responsibility for maintaining inventory to support the Service &
Maintenance Department as well as providing the Shareholders with goods to
maintain their individual residences.
This department must always
look for lower cost sources of supply that meet or exceed our current quality
standards. Works with the Service & Maintenance Department and
suppliers to ensure GRF has the best materials and methods of maintaining and
servicing the community. The Supervisor of this department reports to the
Community Facilities Manager and works with all departments and Mutuals.
